9.0Lovely location - great to be away from the hustle and bustle of the town! The apartment was well equipped, the shower was fab and it was so nice listening to the neighing horses in the morning 🤩😍
− Only improvement to suggest is for a thicker mattress on the bed.

10.0We loved everything about the place. Beautifully situated, a novel sleeping situation, everything was very clean, tidy and classy. The staff was exceptionally wonderful and helpful when we found ourselves with some travel difficulties. A huge thank you to all of them. It was also the best night's sleep I'd had in a long time. So quiet and peaceful!
− The only thing we didn't like is that we couldn't have stayed longer. Truly a fantastic and fun place to stay.
A lovely overnight stay on our way to Cornwall
9.0Quirky, clean, comfortable
Good value, good location, with a horse for a neighbour!
8.0Good value, lovely location, convenient for walking to and from events at the University (c40 minutes via Exeter Green Trail), and the horse neighbour was an interesting - and quirky - fun bonus.
− A bread knife would be a good addition and we wondered whether the shelves directly above the cooker might encourage condensation when cooking but otherwise everything was great
