Rent it for love and not for business.
7.0The grill. TV had lots of channels and worked fine. The Shack was well stocked with kitchen and bathroom stuff. Games and books, Nicely decorated. Price was good.
− Holly Dr going to the Shack was terrible. My Ford Transit Connect Van barely made it to the top and I mean barely. Tires spinning and sliding backwards. That Ford was not made for mountain climbing. I could not make any calls and only a few texts got through with my T-Mobile service so I couldn't connect with my business contacts so I left a day early. Wi-Fi calling did not work for me. I could use the internet just fine. The windows had permanent stains which didn't help with the view. Nice tables to eat outside but it was in the 40's so I had to eat at a tiny table with very small stools inside. No comfortable seating inside except the bed, That big lounge chair in the pictures was gone replaced with a small uncomfortable couch. I'm guessing if the weather was warmer and I had a better car for steep roads and didn't need to make phone calls it would have been much better. I should have known better and not rented "The Love Shack" for business. If you are renting the Love Shack for Love, it would be great.

− The road getting there was a bit rough need a smaller vehicle. Gravel road with sharp curves deep inclines
