10.0The house is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. The apartment is on the top floor, up two flights of stairs. It was very clean, well decorated, and included all of the basic amenities. It is only 1 block away from the Eastern Market metro station which is super convenient for going to the national mall on the blue line or transferring to the yellow for the airport.

10.0I had an excellent stay at Well located apartment near Capitol!! Everything was nearby, the metro is 3 min, Eastern market is 5 minutes. Capitol is 15-20 walk. It is exactly as pictured - exquisitely coordinated adorable furnishings that make you feel at home!! It is expensive but that is the city. Cam will work with you if you need anything. Pro tip:: The booking.com messaging app does not work well, reach out directly.
− Communication in beginning was not clear. Street noise can be a little noisy at night.

8.0Great location. Short walk to shops, excellent restaurants and the metro. Nice to stay in a historic building in a leafy, lively, residential neighbourhood.
− Fine for us but there are steep, narrow steps to the apartment which some visitors might find difficult to manage with luggage
