Perfect getaway

Decent sized bedrooms and kitchen / lounge were spot on. Loo seat was loose but reported that and they were prepared to send someone to fix it. We declined as was not worthy of a special visit. Outdoors area for us filthy smokers was a bonus!

Lovely accomodation in Birkenhead

Very clean and tidy. The accomodation was bright and good facilities. The layout was good. The furnishings were modern and comfortable

− The outside door was difficult to lock. The keybox failed to open at 9.55 a.m. when we were leaving. The shower needs fixing. It works but the showerhead cannot be moved up and down as the connection is broken. We threw out 18 ants. There must be a nest since they are on the carpet at the top of the back stairs

− The radiators in the hall and one bedroom wouldn’t work . I messaged the contact but didn’t get any help. There were no instructions to the radiators . This was disappointing.

Handy location, easy access to get in, landlord very helpful with arranging early check in for us. And reachable when we needed help with things and matter dealt in a timely manner. Good facilities. Good location for an intended purpose. Quiet stay

− Upon arrival the beds weren’t made up yet. no bin bags in the bins, instruction could’ve been in a obvious and straightforward location instead of tucked away and we had to fiddle around with the heating for a while on a very cold day which has affected me with a bad cough. Bedroom radiator had an ongoing noise throughout the time it was on.
