9.0Fully equipped home with everything we needed, very comfortable beds and plenty of things to do and plenty of space for everyone. Great/fast communication with the host when we had questions.
− Nothing major but with the community pass and the information book that is left for the guest to read were not written out completely clear. In the book it doesn't specify that the pass is for only 1 guest so when we tried to go to the community pool thats when we found out the pass is meant for 1 guest/person only and we would have to pay for any additional guest.

− When I arrived the upstairs door was open and the electronic key log was broken. There were no curtains in the house and a room with a key pad. I have an autoimmune disorder that required chemo and my mother had stage 5 kidney disease. We were there with my 2 nieces and the property felt very unsafe. The bathroom walls in the shower was dirty and discolored. We left the property 15 minutes after arriving and contacted the owner as well as booking.com. we left and rented 2 hotel rooms for our 4 day stay. The property owners only wanted to refunded the cleaning fee because we didn't start there. The owner was very uncooperative and didn't want to refund the full amount. As a woman if I feel unsafe I will gladly pay what's needed to feel safe for me and my family. This experience was stressful and very unprofessional. We paid almost 1300 and didn't start due a second and had to turn around and book a place around the same price and I'm now on day 5 and still no progress other than the property manager only wanted to give the cleaning fee and was refused to return any calls. This was the only time I've ever had a bad experience with booking.com so I don't blame them. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

10.0− That we couldn't figure out were to put our trash from last night and this morning, the dump isn't open on Wednesdays, so we just brought it along home.

− We felt that it was inconvenient to have to take the trash out to the trash compactor.
