4.0Loved having a fence in yard and pool. Great location. Quiet neighborhood but also near everything.
− Poor response from owners when dealing with issues. Front door lock broken and would not lock. Never resolved during a week stay. Didn’t feel safe leaving home unattended. Hot tub was dirty when arrived and pool cleaners never came. Garage full of flies that continued to enter the home. Limited to 3 towels for 6 people for a week and no wash clothes or kitchen towels. Hot water in master shower didn’t work. Several pieces of furniture in poor shape. Garage filled broken beach accessories and bikes. Unable to access gym equipment or park car inside due to this.

6.0The backyard was great my kids loved it
− For a property that is advertised for being good for kids there were a lot of one step step down and steps up which wasn’t safe for small kids at all. especially with tile floors. Also the place was filthy. We had to go out and buy our own cleaning products to clean the floors cabinets sheets etc
