Very easy and fast communication with host and we would recommend this place to others.
10.0Had everything that we needed, including coffee capsules, dryer and kitchen roll. Walking distance to restaurants in a neighborhood that felt safe to walk at night.
− No heater or air conditioner in 2 of the rooms. It was fine for us as the weather was not too cold and we could leave small gaps in the windows for fresh air.
All our needs were attended to immediately

− Only 1 bedroom has aircon. The other 2 bedrooms do not have aircon.

8.0Excellent location, central to most places that we wanted to visit.
− Visitation policy to allow friends (i.e. not party) would be great. While it is noted that prior permission could be sought, it seemed too tedious. Ended up meeting friends outside instead.
