It was perfect for our stay.
10.0Very clean, We loved the jacuzzi and that it was prepared when we arrived. The firepit was lovely as well. We loved that it felt homey and cozy unlike a cold hotel. Prefect spacious enough to move around and have privacy.
− We weren't sure where to put our trash :P A small inconvenience compared to the overall experience.
Perfectly Pleasant in Every Way
10.0From the moment we arrived to this cozy little house we loved it. Impeccably clean, beautiful landscaping, and a warm inviting interior. Soft towels, amazing shower and a quiet little neighborhood to rest after a long ride in for an event. We will be staying here for every trip that brings us to Knoxville. The host was highly responsive, and made our stay so perfect.

1.0I don’t know because I was not able to get in because the key code did not work. Had to pay for another room at a hotel. Was not able to contact anyone for help to gain entry.
− Could not get in the front door due to invalid access code and had to book another room at the last minute. So I paid for this house that I could not access and another room. This is completely unacceptable. I have been contacting the rental company non stop since this happened with no response from a live person and no refund given. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS PROPERTY!
