− Lantai kurang bersih dan banyak debu, kamar mandi sempit sekali dan terlalu lembab, banyak binatang terbang, tempat parkir susah memerlukan skill untuk bisa parkir, dan parkir berbayar tidak seperti apartemen pada umumnya.

Notes = - Room Fasilities proviAC, TV, WiFi, mini cooler, microwave, water kettle, baby bottle sterilizer, cuttleries and friends. - Location near = Gas station, Indomaret, KFC just a few steps away . - Close to malls = Queen City Mall (200m) and Polux Mall Paragon (700m).
− Minus point = the room and bathroom are a bit small, but can not complain, because apartement studio type buildings are generally like this 😁😅

Choose this one and you will never think other place
10.0My son so happy and likely the unit, that make him lazy full of a day. Canceled to other place. He choose to stay at the room, the room is making a children so awesome
