1.0Just the location
− The house was extremely dirty... all the rooms with carpet has disgusting stains, floor sticky, bathroom and toilet doors don't lock ( the share ones) the couches has wet stains and mouldy smells, the door handles came off, the share bathroom windows broken- can't open for fresh air. The outside was dirty- did not attempt to clean near the sliding doors...filled with sand/ spider webs , garden leaves, utensils had food stuck to them..had to put plates and utensils in the dishwasher to wash before use. Overall...highly NOT recommended!! Never stay again Staff had ZERO care factor to help despite reports of these issues. Wanted to come only around lunch time to fix the issues... when it is time for us to be out for lunch. Would not be comfortable letting them have access while we have our stuff in the house. Poor overall..!!

8.0Great house for a large group of adults. Lots of different areas to sit and socialise. Beautiful yard and location is quiet, but walking distance to the main strip. Property management were easy to deal with and efficient.
− The fence was broken, it did not latch and had a panel missing, meaning it wasn’t secure for the dog. For the amount of adults sharing a bathroom, more bathmats and hand towels were needed (this was rectified by property management).
We had a wonderful time!

Great olace to stay . Walking distance to cafes and bars. Spacious.
