Other than the miss communication when we arrived everything else was perfect.

− When we arrived we had to wait so long for the codes to get in and was charged a $50 fee for arriving early than the check in time.

Overall the stay was nice and the apartment was cute, just need those touches with the small things i mentioned and part
6.0The property was in a nice location close to everything, close to the beach, nicely furnished, beautiful color theme, love the pool right in the back, love the double bathrooms , love the size beds and rooms, nice size apartment for the price .
− The half bathroom permanently smelled like pee, bugs were showing up in the kitchen, no pest control we had to buy our own raid to spray for roaches and lizards , the owner said they would be attentive to whatever needs, they only answered when it was time to check in and when we asked for pest control, they never showed up, guest upstairs made toooo much noise all day and all night my friend had to knock on the door. Pool was only cleaned once since we arrived, couldn’t find the light switch for the pool we were in the dark so we called the owner for help they never answered or returned the calls, no lights in the pool or hot tub, only one roll of tissue in each bathroom, no washcloths, no broom & dust pan, because of the party upstairs we had to park across the street we couldn’t park by our door, party lasted til about 2am my friend had to be up by 4am and they left the pool area messy .
I wouldn’t recommend .
3.0Only thing that was good about property is that it is about a block walking distance to beach.
− Needs to be updated . Blind in kitchen was very bad broken , bathroom was molding around the shower and few roaches . And before I got there room wasn’t cleaned so good .
Great but need tighter restrictions on parties.
7.0Location is perfect, perfect size for 5 of us.
− Other renters threw a huge party they were blaring music, smoking marijuana late into the night.
