5.0− I booked online based on the availability of a "private pool". We did not get access to said pool. Our TV did not work and the king sized mattress on a metal frame was uncomfortable and noisy.

− Rude disrespectful guests who kept me up until 2a-3a or woke my dogs and me up at 6a intentionally when there are rules & quiet hours. Wasn’t made any better even communicating with the staff online
