Great location, but listing description greatly exaggerates the condition of the property
5.0The property was perfectly located for our particular need. Close to restaurants and the venue we attended. Easy access to the National Capital Region. While the Host was responsive it was clear the property manager/management company was clearly lackluster.
− The first issue was upon arrival the inside temperature was 55 degrees. Quick troubleshooting found the gas valve to the furnace was left in the off position. Next the listing indicated there we several tvs with free access…well the only tv that worked was the rec room which had no seating. Additionally, the HVAC ductwork was extremely dusty. The refrigerator ice and water dispensers were not functioning. The front door would not stay shut without locking the deadbolt and the storm door glass was loose and dangerous. Outside was littered with garbage and trash.

− The grill outside was gross, i wasn't able to use it... I looked at it when we get there...and didn't want to use it at all. And just kept it open the whole time my family and I were inside your beautiful house... I wasn't going to clean that....sorry wasn't my mess to clean!🥴

9.0The home was very spacious and well decorated. The mattresses were of quality and there were plenty of options for sleeping arrangements. Any issues I ran into Tahmeed addressed immediately. The check in and out process was very smooth and the host was very accommodating. I will be back!
