Well presented interior and was adequate for our needs .

Well maintained inside the property. The beds were comfortable and rooms all well presented. The host was very quick to respond and resolve when we had a slight issue with boiler.

− The layout of the bathroom was different ...being off the kitchen. Also the stairs are very steep with narrow steps which would make it difficult for a less able person especially coming down.

In an emergency I needed some to stay with my children the guys who helped me book this was very kind to talk me through

The beds were comfy. Clean towels and nice bedding. It was decorated pretty nice.The sea side town New Bigging by the sea was a nice little seaside town. Plenty to do near by, up and down the coast. The property had most of the stuff you would expect from a holiday home.

− First off it is in a little bit of an undesired area. Not a holiday let area at all. The overall outside of the property was unkempt. Bins over flowing and rubbish all over the garden. Garden was a state. The heating was on and we could not turn it off. In the end we just turned the boiler off. It was not working properly. The house was boiling when we arrived when it was 24 degrees out. We could not sleep as the house was so hot. Windows only open at the top. There were dead plants,lamps showing all the wires from the celling. A blow up doll under a bed and dirty tissues and pills in draws. They did try to help with the heating but were pretty useless The vent in both back bedrooms meant you could hear everything outside dogs barking through the night people outside etc like they were in the room with you.

Good size place. Comfortable beds. Decorated well throughout.

− Location seemed abit rough upon arrival. Stairs were very steep not ideal for a young child and was very weary carrying baby up and down them. Place was clean but there was a strong smell of cooking. Alot of cobwebs in the light shade and ceiling on the landing. Comfortable stay for using as a base to see family

Nice property, with three bedrooms and a small living space downstairs. The house was well decorated and comfortable, kitchen had everything you could need. The layout is a bit odd with the bathroom next to the kitchen and the toilet by the front door but they’ve clearly made best use of space to allow for an extra bedroom upstairs so it’s great value if you were to have 6 people staying!

− The heating was a bit overpowering but we did manage to cool it down. Better than being cold I guess! Stairs are very steep and narrow. Not an issue but with small kids or elderly guests you would need to be mindful.
