9.0從岡山車站走路大約十分鐘出頭，路途平坦好走，且會經過超商，所以這樣的距離是可以接受的，位置在住宅區，晚上很安靜，步行十分鐘內也可以去大超市，可以採買食材回來煮，冰箱內有簡單調味料可以使用。 一樓有一個房間和一間浴室(只能洗澡)，二樓有兩間房間和一間廁所和客廳廚房，二樓的房間較小，無法攤開行李箱，但隔壁就是客廳放在客廳也不影響，二樓也有一個小陽台可以晾衣服(這裡只有洗衣機沒有烘衣機，所以必須有地方可以晾乾)。 入住前屋主會傳送須知，還有取鑰匙方式，很方便沒有遇到什麼困難。 整理評估蠻喜歡這間民宿，若下次去岡山還是會考慮住這裡。
− 浴室和廁所(馬桶)在不同層樓，有點麻煩。
