− Unit had lots of maintenance issues. Supposed to be self contained but we couldn't wash up as there was no scourer, sponge or dishcloth. No Manuel's for dish washer, washing machine or oven.

8.0Really easy to use the codes to get in - didn't have the risk of losing keys. Studio flat well designed and comfortable. Bed was comfortable too. Had everything you would need, and Co-op/Tesco close by. Loved the shower! Quiet for central London and no disturbance at night. Great for 2 people.
− Difficult to contact anyone when questions/issues arise. It never ceases to amaze me how many places we stay in that have bright lights/flood light outside the windows and no way of blocking out the light easily! If light at night bothers you, bring your own DIY blind!
