7.0La tranquilidad de la ubicación y el entorno, cerca de Arriondas. La vivienda está bien equipada y es coqueta, aunque para cocinar falta algo de menaje.
− Necesita un poquito de limpieza general, lavado de cortinas por ejemplo.
