10.0Spacious and very clean two bed apartment in a good location near Churchill Square. Lots of shops etc close by. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had all appliances you'd expect including a coffee machine, Separate utility room with a washing machine. Great place and will definitely book again when we return to Brighton.
Great apartment great location
9.0Lovely apartment, very well presented and stocked. They have all you need. It’s on a quaint square and close to shops restaurants and bars and short walk to the beach. It was really clean and the hosts were super responsive.
− The entrance hall way prior to entering is a bit tired but don’t let it put you off. Once you get past that it’s all good.

2 bedroom apartment in Brighton
4.0Apartment was spacious. The towels were so soft. There was lots of tea, coffee and sugar. It was lovely and bright.
− On arrival on the outside there was litter, weeds growing and withered flower boxes. It looked very run down. The carpet on the stairs was dirty. Inside the apartment smelled stale. The sofa was filthy. While the apartment looked clean, it really wasn't. We were asked not to wear shoes indoors but our socks got dirty then.There was a small table and 2 stools/benches which were not comfortable for people in their 70s. The fridge freezer had been unplugged and had defrosted so we had to clean that up. I can't understand how this apartment got such a high rating previously. I would not recommend this to anyone unless the owners clean up their act.
