Absolutely horrendous, given the wrong address, when finally got the address the house was trashed

Property cancelled booking on the day with no notice. Property never responded to any messages or calls!

Booked this place well In advance and while we were travelling down - 1 hour for arrival - the booking got cancelled claiming they couldn’t find our booking and they couldn’t accommodate us anymore. I had contacted the property days prior to confirm our arrival time and nothing was responded even on the day while travelling tried to contact the property owner by message and call and no response.

Great stay within Cheshunt.
9.0Jason was very responsive in helping us check in. The facilities were clean and accessible for use.
− The property was a little hard to locate.
Unhealthy and dangerous
4.0Inside the house was clean, tidy and warm. Host was helpful when the key code provided as incorrect.
− Incorrect address supplied initially. On arrival to correct address, a lot of garbage across the front entry, car parked on the driveway (had to park down the street in front of a different house), Incorrect key safe code supplied. Entry porch rotting materials, stacks of old post and dirty. Rear garden open to a laneway, no security, weeds and unable to use. Most definitely not a work in progress. Fridge stinks of sour milk. No controls for heating to turn down or off. WiFi didn't work. Brass pipe sticking out of floor about 1/2" in main bedroom, almost invisible stubbed and split toe open. Extension chords for TV's hinging own from high level, serious hazard. Shower water leaks onto floor when in use.

Will definitely be staying here again
10.0Really nice house overall. The place was just as nice as the photos, exactly what we were looking for. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were really comfortable and everything was just what you need when staying away for work. Jason was a great host, responding to any queries helpfully and fast. We will definitely come back again.
