10.0Fabulous villa, spotless, great pool, 15 mins walk to the main strip to bar and restaurants, bedrolls was very big and lots of storage for clothes,
− Needed oven gloves, pizza tray for cooking, hand wash for kitchen sink , only had 4 toilet rolls for 4 people for 7 days, no dish washer tablets or cleaning products available to use when spending £3,500 for a week those little extras would of been lovely to of been included in the cost , some of the shutters didn’t shut we reported it on our first morning and was told Maintance would look into it but never heard anything during our stay.

Poor aircon
5.0Location and the house was in excellent condition
− The air conditioning was terrible and faulty. There's no cooling on any of the 4 units. We tried everything to make the rooms more comfortable with cooler air but to no avail. The maintenance man told me how to do it which I followed but after 10 seconds it turned itself off. The toaster tripped the electrics on first day and was never replaced even after asking them. Lack of utensils in the kitchen. Shutters in the poolside bedroom didn't work. The pool, although clean on the first day had no pool net to remove leaves and debris and also after the 3rd day it turned very cloudy. Maintenance man come round and tried to clean it. He told us we could use again again after 3 hours but unfortunately it was still very cloudy and we couldn't use it the rest of the holiday
