A síszezonban első osztályú pályaszállás, azon kívül azonban kicsit távol esik az élményelemektől.
9.0Az apartman felszerelése kiváló. Tágas az erkély és a nappali, az étkező asztal mérete ideális 6 főre. A konyha minden szükséges géppel, edényekkel, stb. felszerelt. A berendezés modern, esztétikus, az ágyak kényelmesek, a színvonalas két fürdőszoba és az összesen három WC prémium kényelmet biztosít.
− Csendes helyen van, de bevásárlási lehetőség csak a közeli Bad Kleinkircheimben van kb. 5-6 km-re. A közelben található felvonó (Nockalmbahn) sajnos csak a téli síszezonban üzemel, túraútvonalakból is csak kevés fut erre, azaz sí időszakon kívül a programok csak autóval, esetleg busszal elérhetők.

10.0Velik apartma, super razporeditev, sploh za goste z otroki, saj je dnevni prostor v spodnjem nadstropju (ločen z vrati) in se zvok ne prenaša v zgornje, kjer so spalnice. Kuhinja je bila odlično založena s pripomočki, še igrače za otroke imajo v apartmaju. Lastnika sta zelo odzivna in prijazna.
