− Neatraktivní okolí a výhled. Malý balkon.

9.0Велика площа апартаментів, всі кімнати просторі, два туалета, сучасний інтер'єр та нова побутова техніка, кондиціонери в кожній кімнаті, хороший wifi, зручні великі ліжка, безкоштовна парковка прямо під будівлею, піша доступність: супермаркити продуктів, кілька ресторанів. Рекомендую це помешкання.
− Геолокація була не точною, тому нам було нелегко спочатку знайти апартаменти. Ця частина населеного пункту нова й велося будівництво кумунікацій поряд, тому важко було під'їжати. Виносити сміття лише по графіку й по певних днях лише певні види відходів, вид із вікон та балкона на пустир. Всі внутрішні двері в апартаментах скрипіли. Не було засобів для купання. Ці недоліки є незначними в порівнянні з перевагами й ціною.
