Apartment with large terrase with an excelent view
10.0We enjoy holiday in Pearl Home very much. The apartment has a fantastic position in Puntaldia. It is directly in front of the marina, few steps from the caffes, restaurants and small shops. It has two terrases with a fantastic view. The bigger terrase offers really generous space for relax on sofa or hammock and eating outside. There was kitchen with microwave, electric stove and oven, dishwasher, fridge. The wash mashine was really helpful for wet salty towels. The living room ofers sofas and table and chairs for six people. The nearest small beach is a just really short walk from the apartment. The large beaches nerby (some walk or 2, 4, 11 minutes by car) are really excellent and Caribbean like! There is a pool, tennis court, golf resort, marina, restaurants and few shops in Puntaldia. You can rent a boat or paddle board on both beaches or you can have a 3/6 hours trip by boat around nearest islands. We rent the boat and had a splendid time.
− It is good to know that the apartment is on the first floor accessible by steep steps, no recommanded for disabled persons.

10.0Very nice and fully equipped house with large terrace. The view from terrace and balcony is spectacular. Each rooms has AC. Good communication with host and self check-in. Near parking lot.
