Spacious apartment with walking distance to the beach and old town
7.0really spacious apartment. All needed suppliers were provided. Host friendly and flexible. Two bathrooms. Three bedrooms and a big living room.
− Is in the new area with new apartment buildings, some garages with scrapyard in one side industrial. Therefore the traffic is a bit heavy and as apartment is in the first fl. its noisy. Cant say its soundproof. There were food flies in the apartment.
Buena experiencia.
8.0La ubicación es buena (para mi parecer), sobre todo si quieres hacer turismo en Barcelona, ya que el metro está muy cerca y te permite moverte fácilmente por la ciudad, incluso con conexión directa a puntos clave como la Sagrada Familia. También hay varias tiendas cercanas y supermercados a poca distancia, lo que hace la estancia bastante cómoda. El barrio para mi parecer es bueno, con bastante movimiento en la calle, así que en general se siente una zona agradable. Además la playa y el puerto están bastante cerca, por lo que en verano tiene que ser una ubicación muy buena si buscas ir a la playa, ya que puedes ir andando sin problema en unos 15 - 20 minutos a paso lento. Las instalaciones muy bien. Por último, los responsables del apartamento fueron agradables durante la estancia.
− Como punto a mejorar, el sofá cama podría cuidarse más en cuanto a limpieza. En nuestro caso eramos siete personas y una tuvo que dormir ahí, y aunque es cómodo, sí se notaba sucio, lo que hace la experiencia menos agradable. Como recomendación de cara a futuras estancias, estaría bien hacer una limpieza más a fondo del sofá, ya que es algo que se utiliza cuando el apartamento está completo. Por lo demás, todo bien.
