10.0The location was not inner-city, it was in a decent location in southern part of city about a 15 minute drive from most attractions. The apartment was roomy and very clean with modern kitchen and bathrooms. Fully equiped for our large group stay. On-site parking for our 2 vehicles. Convenience store within walking distance. Quick and easy check-in and check-out.
− Last minute $500 damage deposit needed 1 week before check in. Prefer it had been included in payment. Waiting for return of that deposit.

8.0The apartment was very clean and there was plenty of room for myself and my siblings. The booking agent was easy to contact prior to our arrival.
− The location was listed as Boston but it waa in Dorchester. I avoided booking in that area when I was looking and was very disappointed when I discovered it was in Dorchester. There was an issue with a firearm going off and I contacted the agent on duty. It was not taken care of and Ihad to call Booking.com to have it resolved.
