9.0Good facilities, quiet, comfy, quite close to train station (14 minutes walk), Lawson and Family Mart close by. Large shopping mall one train stop away (Kawaguchi). There is a spiral staircase to enter the property which may be difficult if you have suitcases, but we only had backpacks so it was perfect for us. Lots of cleaning supplies provided also. It really felt like our own little home for the time staying there
Wonderful host, plenty of restaurants near the train station, easy access to Tokyo city attractions
