La ubicación es muy buena, a unas cuadras del mar. Si bien está en el primer piso, posee escaleras amplias que permitieron a personas mayores poder subir sin inconvenientes. Posee un muy buen lavadero con máquina de lavar.
− El baño posee un escalón todo el largo que dificulta el uso. El comedor cuenta con una pequña mesa de vidrio, sumamente inestable que es un peligro. No se condice la cantidad de camas, con las comodidades del comedor.

Muito bom atendimento, proprietária mora embaixo o que facilita retirada de chaves e atendimento, espaço excelente, localização muito boa, como fomos com objetivo de pedalar tem local seguro para guardar as Bike. Atendimento excelente
− Poderia melhorar o chuveiro, ou é muito quente ou opta pelo frio, um chuveiro com termorregulador ajudaria
