Nice, clean and tidy property

The property was easy to find with roadside parking. There is a keypad code for the entrance. The entire property looked nice, with spacious rooms and a TV in every bedroom. The property was clean and tidy with a full-size bath and an overhead shower. A hairdryer and an iron with an ironing board are provided along with towels. There is tea and coffee, but you will need to take sugar and milk as these were not provided. There is an under-counter fridge with a small freezer section at the top. There is a small enclosed courtyard garden at the back of the property. There is a washing machine; however, we couldn't find a clothes airer or washing line outside. There is plenty of kitchenware for cooking. Overall, this was a comfortable stay, and we have made another booking to stay here.

− Due to the property accommodating up to 9 guests, this property could benefit from having another toilet. The 1 toilet is in the bathroom.

Great location, quiet street and good amount of on street parking outside the property. All bedrooms had fresh towels (dispite not having enough for 9 guests) and linen. A TV and great wifi connection.

− We came as a family of 8, 2 adults 6 children. Unfortunately the property was not as immaculate as the photos show. BACK YARD, a great little area but unfortunately overgrown with weeds. BATHROOM, only one bathroom which is downstairs and very small otherwise was clean and tidy, with half a toilet roll for 9 people for 2 nights and hand towel, also only had 6 towels for 8 of us. KITCHEN, there was not enough glassware, cutlery or cookware. The freezer was completely frozen up and had to be dug out to be able to put anything init, and the lino is torn but otherwise was clean. LIVING ROOM/DINING AREA, sadly the pull out sofa bed was broken, we could not sit in the middle section as it wasnt secure enough to hold any weight and the bed wouldnt pull out and stay in position to be able to sleep on it. The wall had a big area that has been replastered and left unpainted, but otherwise clean. DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOM, lovely clean bedroom with a double bed, i wasnt a fan of the mattress but thats my opinion. The fuse box area has no cover and the light that comes from the fuse box is very bright-flashing on the wall/radiator while trying to sleep. TRIPPLE BEDROOM, great sized room with a double and single bed. Clean and comfortable. DOUBLE BEDROOM, great sized room with double bed. There was mould on the walls and the clothes rail has been reattached but the wall has been left unpainted.

The property was nice, clean pretty much everything you needed and a quiet street

− Everything was fine, but it would’ve been useful to have had a sponge and dish cloth.

It was good value for money, family enjoyed it. Would love to come back again!

spacious room & clean room.

− bed linen should have been cleaned and iron, it was all wrinkly. Living room radiator on widow side would need repairs. fridge had expired milk luckily I checked it.
