4.0Easily accessible from M90 (5 minutes drive) Handy for station (5 minutes walk)
− Level of cleanliness was poor in kitchen and bathroom. .Mould around bath, stains on floor covering around toilet, food left on floor between cooker and cupboard, cooker top and sides full of grease, cutlery and dishware had dried on food. Duvet was very bobbly and uncomfortable against skin. Only one of the five windows closed properly, which meant draughts in all but one room and lots of traffic and train noise. The window in the bathroom had to be held shut with a wooden block and a salt container from the kitchen as it would not lock at all and kept blowing open. The property smelt of damp on entry but there was no evidence of damp surfaces. The shower did not work and there was no obvious way of turning it on (combination bathtap and shower arrangement)
