Atendimento muito atencioso, porém a acomodação precisa de melhorias e reforma para oferecer mais conforto.
7.0A Viviana foi muito solícita e atenciosa. Permitiu que entrássemos por volta das 11h e, sempre que precisávamos de alguma coisa, respondia rapidamente e tentava nos ajudar.
− A acomodação é bem mais antiga do que aparenta nas fotos e precisa de uma reforma. O quarto tinha carpete antigo e o ar-condicionado não gelava o suficiente, o que foi bastante desconfortável devido ao calor intenso em Roma. O principal ponto negativo foi o chuveiro: tinha pouquíssima pressão, saía pouca água e, em alguns momentos, a água ficava fria de repente. No geral, as instalações e os móveis são antigos e a acomodação não correspondeu totalmente às expectativas criadas pelas fotos.
