L’appartement est bien placé, plutôt propre, l’hôte est réactif et l’enregistrement automatique est très pratique

− Une mauvaise surprise, le bâtiment est pourri, ça sent la cigarette et autre dedans, ça traverse sous les porte et ça sent également dans la chambre. L’ascenseur je n’en parle pas, état lamentable fonctionne une fois sur deux. Pas de climatisation, seulement un ventilateur usb donc inutile. Le douche qui ne ferme pas, j’ai du retirer les cheveux moi même des précédent locataire. Le parking n’est pas du tout safe, des personnes sont venu à 4h du matin regarder à l’intérieur avec une lampe torche. Je n’ai pas eu de problème directement mais le lieu n’inspire vraiment pas la confiance, je trouve l’annonce trompeuse. Je ne peux malheureusement pas recommander.

Misleading listing, extremely uncomfortable stay, and disappointing customer support.

− The actual property was very different from what was shown in the listing. The photos make the room look modern, stylish, and well-maintained, but in reality both the building and the room were old and worn out. The photos felt misleading compared to the actual condition of the property. The room was located on the top floor during a period when temperatures reached around 36°C. There was no air conditioning, and the only cooling option provided was an old, unclean USB fan that could only be powered through a laptop or similar device. This was completely inadequate and made the room extremely uncomfortable. I booked and paid for two guests, but the room was prepared for only one person. Only one pillow and one set of towels were provided. The building itself felt poorly maintained. During the night there were strange noises coming from the ceiling light fixture, and I could not tell whether it was an electrical issue or something else. There were also other unusual noises throughout the night, which made the stay uncomfortable and affected my sleep. The furniture looked very cheap, and the shower door did not close properly. The surrounding area was also not particularly pleasant. What disappointed me most was the lack of support. When I contacted support regarding the heat and the missing amenities for the second guest, I was repeatedly told that it was my responsibility and that nothing could be done. I expected much better assistance when booking through Booking.com.

Eine tolle Alternative zum Hotel. Für mich die bessere Wahl. Paul ist sehr hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Wirklich 5

Жилье расположено в отличном районе: много зелени, рядом супермаркеты, кафе, остановки овощных виды транспорта. До центра города 10 минут. Персонал отзывчивый, отвечают быстро. Удобства в квартире прекрасные, нам все понравилось. Есть все, что нужно для комфортного отдыха. Благодарны персоналу за гостеприимство. В следующий приезд в Эссен забронируем обязательно. Рекомендуем это жилье всем.

Die Lage zur Innenstadt war okay, das Umfeld war nicht so toll.

− Es war im Bad sehr dunkel, es gab im Bad keine Steckdose für z. B. Föhn oder Rasierapparat und es gab keinerlei Ablage Möglichkeit obwohl genug Platz für Regale vorhanden war. Außerdem war die Duschtüre nicht breit genug so das ca. 15cm offen war und das Wasser in den Raum floss. Der Ablauf war verstopft so das man nach dem duschen im Schaumwasser stand. Die Lamperie Leisten waren alle verdreckt, im "Schrank" (Offen) war das untere Fach so staubig das ich mir meinen Pulli beschmutzte.
