10.0Lovely lodge with all the amenities Spacious, clean and very comfortable. Lots of utensils for cooking, plates, glasses, etc. Felt like a home. Would definitely recommend.

Nice caravan but let down by the dirty outside/verandah space

− The outside of the property was dirty..full of cobwebs dead and alive spiders, flys stuck in cobwebs. Leaves all over the verandah. Massive amounts of bird poo over the windows (been there well over a month according to the virtual video). The outside space was completely unusable (despite calling maintenance out - they said they'd come back to clean it properly)

8.0The property was pleasant although on arrival it had not been cleaned to an acceptable level? The tables were visibly not cleaned, un hovered and also little faults such as a faulty door on 2 of the cupboards and the decor substandard, with visible holes in the paper below the oven hood and the windows very unclean. It is clear through the video sent of the property some 5 weeks previous and on arrival the windows externally hadn’t been cleaned?? There were cobwebs externally everywhere and the same bird poo stain on the main bedroom in the video as on arrival?? The decking hadn’t been hosed down either and we mentioned this to maintenance who cleaned the decking only.
− With a few upgrades and this been maintained then the property would have been a lot better. The location is good & the campsite as a whole is very good.

− WiFi name on box is not what shows up when searching. Which is ok if you’re a little tech savvy. Better directions for accommodation as it’s not clear that the letters painted on road way mean area name like Steeple View
