We have stayed in this house for years but were disappointed in the upkeep this year

− We have stayed at 51 Carman for the last 4 years and have loved it in the past. We were disappointed this year. Things are in need of repair. The WiFi is absolutely atrocious. Could barely stream for a few min and then “buffering”, no matter what device-phones had no WiFi, the TVs would pause during streaming to “buffer”. The washing machine gets stuck on certain cycles and would just sit full of water-no washing no spinning. I would have to manually turn to next cycle. The dishwasher bottom kick plate keeps falling off. The upstairs bathroom door lock has been broken for several years now-doesn’t lock!! A bathroom door with no lock! And the microwave turn table makes a very loud squeak while running. And truthfully the cleaning company was not good. The bathrooms have mold in the showers. The beds upstairs all need some sort of mattress toppers. They are very uncomfortable. The downstairs bed have them-they could use them upstairs too!!
