Meiden, wenn immer es geht. Auch die Fernbedienung für den Parkplatz funktioniert seit 2 Jahren nicht mehr
2.0Einzig die Lage
− Der Rest war inakzeptabel. Wohnung 4 würden wir nach unserer Erfahrung gleich wieder stornieren. Sind auch nach einer Nacht wieder abgereist obwohl wir zwei gebucht hatten! Nur eine Gabel / Weinglas / kaputtes Glas / Dreck in der ganzen Küche usw. und das für 300 Pfund. Der Vermieter ist hier klar auf Profit aus und nicht auf Kundenzufriedenheit.
We had a very nice 5 day stay in Cardiff. The lack of response from the landlord was the low light

− The service response and the communication with the host was very poor. I asked for an amenity to be replenished during our 5 day stay. It was not replenished and there was no reply from the host so I had to pick some things up myself. The host asked for a copy of the receipt and then no communication for 3+ weeks until I reached out again. Not the way to make guests feel welcome and appreciated. Plus the kitchen garbage had not been cleaned out from the previous renter. No apology forthcoming from the landlord for that oversight.

7.0Waren rundum zufrieden. Gute Ausstattung in der Küche, liebevolle Einrichtung. Gerade richtig für 2 Personen und um die Gegend Cardiff zu erkunden. Um Frühstück und Abendessen selbst zuzubereiten, ist die Küche wunderbar geeignet.
− Nur die Sauberkeit könnte etwas besser sein, z.B. der Boden in der Küche besser geputzt oder die Vorhänge gehören mal gewaschen.
