Lovely little chalet with everything you need as a base for a peaceful break. The enclosed patio area is a huge bonus if you have small children or dogs 👌🏻 Nice well kept grounds and grass area and a lovely short walk to a fab dog friendly beach which we loved. Nothing to do on site which wasn’t a problem for us but shops and supermarkets only a short drive away.

− Just a personal opinion but I think the property would be better with laminate flooring throughout rather than carpet as it would be much easier to keep clean 🤷🏼‍♀️

Marvellous location. Can't charge electric vehicles,scooters but didn't know whether that included my mobility scooter but luckily lasted for duration so didnt need to. Very handy having washing machine.

− Hot water was a bit hit and miss as to whether there was enough .

Excellent location. Very comfatable and fabulous for the dog.

Good location

− I am extremely disappointed with this property and would not recommend it. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the chalet had not been properly cleaned. The overall condition did not feel hygienic or well maintained. The kitchen was particularly concerning: dirty and stained cups, unclean utensils, a greasy hob, and a rusty toaster. The kettle also appeared dirty with visible residue. There were even ants in the kitchen area, which is completely unacceptable. Basic amenities were also inadequate. We were provided with only one small roll of toilet paper for three people for four days, and just one small bin bag. No towels were provided, and this was not clearly stated at the time of booking. There were several maintenance issues throughout the property: a broken lamp, a damaged and frayed curtain at the entrance, sticky and unclear residue on the railing near the door, and even a hole where insects could potentially enter. The water pressure in the bathroom was also very weak. Another very serious concern is that someone entered the property without my consent while I was out, despite me clearly stating that no one was authorised to enter due to personal belongings and a computer inside. This is a serious breach of privacy. When I contacted them about it, I was told they are a “large company” and do not always know when staff will enter, and that they were too busy to respond to emails. This response is not acceptable. There was also no Wi-Fi available and mobile signal was very poor, making communication difficult. Additionally, guests are expected to carry out multiple cleaning tasks at checkout, including removing bed sheets, bagging linens and cleaning the property. While I am always happy to leave a place tidy out of courtesy, it is not acceptable to be required to perform the cleaners’ job — especially considering the property was not provided in a clean condition to begin with.
