Clean and accessible, friendly host
7.0The host was very friendly and welcoming, the room we stayed at, the shared bathroom and kitchen were very clean, I was able to do our laundry there, and the host made sure we had everything we needed. The room itself had a wardrobe and hangers for storing your clothes, the host gave us complimentary bottles of water and snacks. I was also able to request for an extra towel and the host did provide extra linen.
− Our only issue was that the mattress still had its plastic cover on. It meant that we got incredibly hot because the mattress could not breathe. We understand that the host wants to protect the mattress but there are mattress protectors that still allows the mattress to breathe which may be better than leaving the plastic cover on. It also meant that every time we rolled over, the plastic was very noisy. If anyone cares, the shower is not very powerful. We didn't mind, bathroom was clean, the water was hot, but I know some people really prioritise a powerful shower after a long day of work/travelling/exploring.
