9.0Really good! I was met on the doorstep by T (?) who was very helpful and friendly. She explained the entry/exit process (including the coded key-box) clearly and concisely. She also told me she had put a fan in the room - it was a very hot day! It was a large fan that cooled the room adequetly and I was very grateful. The property is very clean, recently decorated and carpeted and inviting. My room had a comfortable double bed and, although not needed, a single bed. The room was very well appointed with everything one would expect to find in a higher priced hotel. All other facilities were as described when booking. It's self-catering so, for anyone staying longer than one night, there's a well kitted out kitchen and dining area with everything you'd need. Highly recommended! One more thing. Communication was excellent. I received all the information I needed, including regular updates.
