9.0There was 11 of us and the house was able to accommodate all with comfort and space. Big living room and 2 dining rooms. The owner needed measurements of our vehicles and bent over backwards to fit 2 vehicles and a utility trailer that held our bikes. 1.5 blocks from the beach. Convenient location for groceries. It was clean. 3 bathrooms! Its a classic house. We definitely will rent again and highly recommend this to family and friends!
− The living room furniture and pots n pan, which were plenty could use an upgrade. But, it was do able and still comfortable.
