The house was a very good option for our ND trip. We'll certainly consider this property again.

This house is literally on campus (or at least, within the campus boundaries). Closest property to Notre Dame's many points of interest. Very nice backyard, patio, and large backyard balcony with table and chairs. Comfortable furniture and beds. Appreciated the 5 gallon bottled water and dispenser. The host was quick to respond when the upstairs a/c wasn't working (2 occasions) and when the front door lock did not work.

− Fairly small kitchen, no dishwasher. No washer or dryer. In the corner of the kitchen there is a doorway (with just a sheet hanging in place of a door) that leads to an unfinished basement (dangerous, especially for young children, and a little creepy). Regarding access to the campus-- note that the only way to Notre Dame's buildings is to go out Palmer St. and turn left on Bulla Rd. No walking or driving access to ND through the parking lots that surround the property because of chain link fences. On the positive side, students can't cross through the home's back and front yards on their way to class!
