It's a store converted to an apartment
7.0There was a washing machine. The room was clean. Pretty good bed. A bus station that can take you to the train station or the city centre is nearby. Next to a metro line. Big TV.
− It was an interesting experience to live in a store - someone converted a storefront to an apartment. Check-out time 10AM, never experienced that before. Water pressure in the kitchen - miserable. Coffee situation - worse than in other places I stayed in Spain. No shampoo. Sofa could be refreshed. Location is neither great nor bad. It's very close to a metro, though you need to change lines to get to the center.

Comfortable place at fair price
7.0-It was well located (close to supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, parks and metro line 9). -It was clean -It had all the equipment needed: washing machine, air conditioning, tv, wifi, etc -It was accesible for kid trolley. -The communication with the landlord was fast and kind and offered solutions for the problems we encountered.
− -There were some neighbourhood works by the time we stayed and the water came out dirty and cold the first day, so we couldn’t take a shower nor drink from the tap at our arrival. While the landlord informed us about the potential water limitation, and he sent the technicians to fix the problem asap, we would have appreciated more precise/ true information about the status of the water and the problem to be fixed before our arrival.
