3.0There was a welcome package of ice cubes, tub of ice cream and bottle of water in the fridge.
− The toilet got blocked and we called for maintenance to come sort it out but they never showed up and I ended up having to unblock it myself with no tools ( was not a good experience ). We put a load into the washing machine and it malfunctioned and destroyed all of our clothes and we have had no response to date from management about compensation.

8.0giardino è splendido e la piscina è grande e perfetta per rilassarsi. La zona è tranquilla, si dorme molto bene, e anche il balconcino è molto piacevole da vivere, soprattutto la sera. Lo staff è stato sempre disponibile e ha risposto rapidamente a ogni richiesta, cosa molto apprezzata. Anche il condizionatore in camera è ottimo: silenzioso ed efficiente, ha reso il soggiorno ancora più confortevole.
− La doccia ha una tenda che non trattiene bene l’acqua, quindi dopo ogni utilizzo bisogna asciugare con lo straccio. Inoltre, all’arrivo l’appartamento non era molto pulito cosa che ha un po’ influito sull’esperienza.

10.0The apartment was in a good central position.
− We did experience storm Alice,but that did not determine us from enjoying ourselves.the stair entrance has broken/missing tiles not pretty so be careful when entering.The awning is broken and the arm falls down when opening the patio doors. The shower really needs a new curtain. A little attention to detail but it was clean and the bed was so comfortable. Every thing you need but a microwave would be a good addition to the kitchen.

6.0The apartment was clean and spacious. The pool was lovely.
− The shower soaks the bathroom floor so have to mop after every shower. The stairs leading up to the apartment are in need of some repairs and are slightly damaged.

− La ducha(tenía cortinas y se salía mucho el agua) Faltaban utensilios de cocina y algún estropajo vendría bien para fregar los platos.
