What can I say, just returned from a wonderful 7 nights here with my family. I was a little worried after reading some of the previous reviews but there was absolutely no need. The accommodation is beautiful and modern with the most attentive hosts who always replied swiftly to any queries I had and yet never bothered us at all during our stay. Villa is modern, spacious, clean. The pool is gorgeous. A new pool liner and new sunbeds have been purchased along with a pool net to scoop out all the beautiful petals that the breeze blows in over night. The pool man comes once a week to test the pool too ensuring its crystal clear all week! We loved an evening swim and a read outside with a nightcap after dinner. Planes do go overhead to the nearby airport but we enjoyed watching them and it never affected our sleep. Speaking of sleep, the beds, wow the beds are fabulous, probably the comfiest I've had whilst abroad. On our last day we had a late flight home so I asked if we could delay our check out time if possible to make the most of the last day and the hosts immediately agreed. This made our last day relaxing and enjoyable, which when you are only staying for a week is a large part of your holiday. Do you need a car? I would say yes. The short drive to Mandria village or slightly longer walk is great and there you will find a small selectin of 6 restaurants and I have never had a bad meal in any of them. All in all an absolutely fantastic holiday.

Location, close to the beach and village with plenty of restaurants. Bed (only used 1) was extremely comfortable, had great nights sleep. Beds/pillows/bedding and towels all immaculate. Bedrooms were lovely and clean, although windows and window sill grooves need cleaned to stop bugs coming in.

− Outside area let it down badly. Garden area in poor condition...tree branches cut down and left lying there. Had issue with pool and the condition it was in, cleaned every few days but very quickly covers in bugs/leaves. No proper longhandled pool net for us to use, just a short kids fishing net. Pool was also leaking and we had to repeatedly put hose in to top up. Sunbeds need cushions badly Inside was ok, cleaning wasn't great as there was a spiders web with spider in it on staircase, if had been brushed/mopped prior to arrival this wouldn't have been there. Definitely need a full size ironing board and not a half size one hanging in the wardrobe. 3 bed villa so plenty of room to store it.

well priced parking was convenient kitchen was well supplied close to beach supermarket only a 5 minute drive

− directly under the flight path- you can hear planes all day long pool had a leak so we had to top it up using the hose- meant the pool was too cold to use only 3 sunloungers by the pool nothing particularly close by- mandria town is a 15 minute walk but there is not much there you need a car to stay here

It's close to the sea, the rooms are pretty spacious, I liked the balcony on the 1st floor

− The pool was dirty (was cleaned one day before we left), also we were attacked by ants on the first night (I have to mention that the host called pest control and the ants disappeared), the cleaning was pretty mediocre, the water in the shower got warm only by the evening
