Close to the Jolly Hall beach and 20 minutes away from George Town by walk. There’s a small kitchen and the bed was very comfortable. I even was allowed to check in in the morning, even though the check in is from 4pm and the owner is a nice guy. I even extended my stay for 5 days

On the plus side: a quiet location, a decent restaurant called Augusta Bay Restaurant right across the street, and a large bed.

− The owner claims there is internet, but there is none in the room at all. I tried twice to inform the owner about this, but it led to nothing — I was simply ignored. At first, YouTube on the TV worked somehow, but after a couple of days even that stopped. The WiFi never worked even for a single day, although the device showed it was connected. I stayed alone, and the hot water was barely enough for a shower — literally about 10 minutes. If a couple stays there, one of them might not have enough hot water. There is no stove in the room for cooking. The island has very limited dining options — only 2–3 decent places, and it’s hard to get in during the evening without a reservation. I wanted to cook for myself, but there was nothing to cook on. Also, please clean the indoor AC unit — there is mold growing inside. Don’t put people’s health at risk.

We enjoyed the location, central to the highlights of George Town.

− On the downside, the property appeared to be unkept. Need to be dusted and or deep clean. The air inside was musty, We also had challenges with connecting the television.

The value was everything I needed and nothing I did not. Except for the mold issue.

The location was perfect across the street from Hideaways and Splash and the beach. The Wifi was reliable and easy to access. The key lock entry was convenient and secure. The bed was large and comfortable.

− The biggest concern is the room had mold in it and my travel companion was very allergic to the point of having trouble breathing. We remediated by keeping the dehumidifier and AC running 24-7 while also encouraging air flow through the room by leaving the bath exhaust on 24-7 and the windows cracked. This could become a serious health concern for future guests.

Good price for good location.

Very good location. Only a few minutes to the airport or to Georgetown. Very clean. Property owners were quick to reply with any questions.
