The property was located close to the beach as well as several cafés, restaurants, and a shopping mall, which was convenient. However, there was a construction site right next to the building, with work continuing day and night, resulting in constant noise. While this is not the host’s fault, it did affect the stay. We decided to leave the accommodation after just one night, even though we had booked for several nights. This was handled very smoothly with the host, who only charged us for the single night. The host was friendly and professional throughout, and even offered us another place to stay. However, we had already found new accommodation nearby on the very first night of our arrival.

− Upon arrival, we were surprised by the behavior of the housekeeper and the staff member at the reception. We could not understand what they were talking about, but they mainly focused on staring at us and laughing, which left us feeling uncomfortable, even if it may have been harmless. When we entered the apartment, we found that the layout matched the photos in terms of room numbers and size, but the cleanliness was extremely poor. Under the sofa we discovered empty beer cans left by previous guests, the white towels were stained and yellow, the kettle was sticky and so dirty that we did not want to touch it, and the wall next to the trash bin was marked with grime. The curtains were broken and torn, and overall the apartment was very poorly cleaned. One of the bathrooms had a strong smell of urine, in one bedroom we found clipped toenails on the floor, and the windows were covered in fingerprints. During the first hour of our stay, we killed nearly ten cockroaches, and more kept appearing in the kitchen. Cockroaches were also present in the bathroom sinks. We understand that in a tropical climate insects and cockroaches are common, but in this case the situation was far beyond acceptable. We had planned to stay for three nights, but after spending only one night we decided to leave and book another accommodation.

Beside the cleanliness needs to be improved, my family stay here is beyond expectations.

The apartment is incredibly spacious for its low price and prime location with a stunning sea view. It comfortably accommodates 10-15 guests with five double beds and additional sleeping options. Unlike The Sóng, this building isn’t overly crowded, so while some facilities are showing their age, it’s still convenient. The manageable number of guests means you won’t be waiting too long for the elevator. A big thanks to anh Thiệp, the host, and Hoàng, the caretaker, who kindly allowed us an early check-in at 10 a.m. A superb choice for family stays!
