− La limpieza deja mucho que desear, es frigorífico estaba sucio, había telarañas en los techos, las ventanas estaban sucias, las toallas olían mal y en una de las habitaciones había ropa usada de otros inquilinos.

La casa era amplia, buen patio para comer y salir a tomar el vermut
− Tal vez el sistema de calefacción, al ser aparatos de aire calientan solo una zona y cuando les apagas la casa se enfría más rápido, es poco eficiente ese sistema
