10.0Номер был отличный, чистый с приятными хозяевами! Общаются на итальянском, но я им писала на английском. Бронировала номер для своей мамы, она поздно приезжала в Ферно и я спросила смогут ли хозяева встретить мою маму на вокзале и они оказали услугу за 10 евро, большое спасибо, вы сильно меня выручили!) И также отвезли ночью маму в аэропорт за 25 евро, что очень приемлемо и мне не нужно было вызывать ночью такси. От всей души рекомендую это жильё!
Terrible experience - not recommended
3.0Close to metro and airport
− I booked a double room with a double bed, but was given a small single room instead. When I questioned the owner, she casually replied that “it was the only one available” — no apology, no solution. The bed was uncomfortable, and the room was infested with insects (see attached photos). I couldn’t sleep the entire night because of them — completely unacceptable and unhygienic for any accommodation. To make matters worse, the owner insisted I check out at 8 AM, claiming another guest was arriving at 10 AM — even though the official check-in time is 5 PM. I’ve never seen such an unreasonable policy. Overall, a terrible and misleading experience — poor hygiene, dishonesty, and no sense of hospitality. I’ve filed a complaint with Booking.com and will also report this to the EU Consumer Protection Agency, as I did not receive what I paid for. Absolutely not recommended. Avoid this property.

10.0Vicino all'aeroporto. Ciro e Giovanna offrono, su richiesta servizio navetta, anche in orari "scomodi". Camere pulite ed ampie, con macchinetta caffè e snack offerto dell'host.
