10.0Had a wonderful stay at Ben’s Villa Kannur! The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The host was very sweet and kind helped for everything to find food and groceries. The peaceful atmosphere surrounded by greenery made the stay extra relaxing. The host and staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and made us feel at home throughout our visit. The property is well-maintained and perfect for families,or anyone looking for a calm getaway in Kannur. Great hospitality, good ambience, and excellent value for money. We were very confused about those low ratings but we realised it's not genuine ... Where we can find a room for 900 rupees for a clean room like this . People are selfish and ignorant that's why leaving bad feedback for this beautiful property. Don't have to think twice ! Highly recommended!

− Don't go there.its very worst for family and kids. Nothing is working there properly
Horrible stay, low BP people can select the room, after stay it will become more than 300 mmHg

− Due to voltage fluctuations AC was not working properly (summer time). Also high noise from AC and fan. Fans were not working in the required manner. AC was tripping many times during night. Attitude of the host was very rude and behaved like free stay. Water was not available in toilet during night.TV was not working. Horrible stay.
