9.0Plenty to do at the property when the weather prevented a short trip to the beach. We enjoyed the heated spa, games area in the garage and wide range of board games.
− Very little to complain about. The outdoor balcony area was a little sandy underfoot on arrival, most likely due to proximity to the beach and ease of bringing sand back to the property.
The stay was ok. The treatment after departure has been terrible.
2.0The location was fine.
− The spa didn't work. The managing agent initially tried to withhold our deposit because we allegedly broke the cover to the spa. On inspection the cover had already been broken and was hanging in the water and had mould on the underside. The smoke alarm kept beeping due to a flat battery. The downstairs shower leaked water into the bedroom. Despite agreeing three weeks ago that the deposit would be released, we are still waiting for the refund. This despite numerous calls and messages where we were assured the refund would be processed that same day. I am waiting for a call from a "manager".
Everything about this property is brilliant.
10.0We had a wonderful holiday staying at this property. From easy to location, finding the keys, the spacious rooms, the gaming room where the kids would not leave, the views where beautiful over the ocean and how clean it was. Everything about this property was great and if I ever travel that way again I will definitely be booking this home again. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home 🏡
