Run down filthy flat should not be offered on booking.com
1.0A Holidays Nightmare: A property completely run down and unhygienic; mouldy shower and bedroom walls, filthy wherever I turned. This property should not be offered on booking.com. NO ELECTRICITY IN the flat in COLD DECEMBER and sadly NO APOLOGY, nor assistance received. No pots, not advertised kitchen facilities such as working kitchen extractor. NO towels for our stay but dirty towels from previous guests were left in the cabinet. Grim, dirty old sofa bed unsuitable for sleeping. Plenty of photos emailed to BOOKING.COM but after a month no answers. Avoid this property.
− Filthy rundown property. Lacking of everything. We had no electricity in December and received no assistance let along an apology.
