Disappointing first visit. Wouldn't opt for a return.
5.0Overall...Price was exceptionally cheap & affordable. Location was good. Accessibility to location was easy. Bed was relatively clean. Outlook was good. That's about all that is good abt this place.
− Firstly, we had a problem accessing the mailbox to retrieve the key. It's a first that I have come across in the entire of my travelling trips. Need a ladder to reach mail box. It's a real hassle. There were also a bit of problem with the lock & took us a while to get it opened. The place seems like hasn't been occupied for a while. There were dust all over. My daughter & grandson got sensitive nose so it's a turn off for me. Sofa bed was dusty. Place was exceptionally small. Probably suitable for 3 pax max or a couple & definitely cannot be classified as suitable for a family of 6.

5.0Location - walking distance to ferry terminal and mega mall. Restaurant - olive & co Store - circle k Can walk to Harris via UG. Out of lift turn left n out of glass door turn left again, brings you to the Harris pool.
− Suggest to make a direction or locality map on how to make way from ferry terminal to location. Would be better if there is a direct sheltered access from back of residence to ferry terminal. We asked staff at harris n made our way from harris basement carpark to residence lobby. Towel seems worned out. Sofa padding worned out and need to be careful when seating. I sat and hit the metal bars instead. Duvet covers also slight smell. May need refreshed towels, bed covers, duvet covers.

− The water is not working due to broken water pump, air conditioning is not functioning .. not cold at all and the size is very small . They should advertise for 2-3 person, not for 4 pax
